KnitWell Group’s Soma store on St. Simons Island is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, mentor teammates, and ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. This part-time role emphasizes brand standards, product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining operational excellence.

You will participate in opening/closing duties, coaching colleagues, and inventory tasks, with opportunities for growth across our brands. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing tasks.
