Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: interpersonal and oral communication, safety policies, planogram adherence, basic math, cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store and restock supplies; maintain cleanliness of restroom and stockroom.
• Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager; assist in duties of Store Manager in their absence.
