Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Homestead, PA to drive personalized customer experiences and support the store team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an in-store expert and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold brand standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused and profitable environment while coaching associates for growth.

Qualifications

• 6-month retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
