Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5292-The Shops at Highland Village in Highland Village, TX. You will supervise the team, model brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

With 2 years of retail management experience preferred, you will open/close the store, coach teammates, manage scheduling, and ensure inventory and POS accuracy, while delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and peers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
