LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1355-Walden Galleria in Buffalo, NY. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates while collaborating with the Store Manager to handle store functions and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes developing a highly engaged team, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Evening and weekend availability are required, with part-time hours and competitive pay.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
