LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1355-Walden Galleria-ANN in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, guiding associates, and stepping in as manager when needed. You’ll work with store leadership to develop a highly engaged team and uphold brand standards across operations.

Experience in retail sales and some management is preferred. Strong communication, coaching skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays are important.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative to make thoughtful decisions.
