LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Buffalo, NY to help deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model store functions and step in as manager when needed.

You will focus on coaching, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team, while upholding brand standards and enabling an engaging, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualificações

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to engage and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates to excel in customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Leverage technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for seamless omnichannel shopping.
• Step into manager role when needed.
