Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a full-time Sales Lead for The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek, OH. You will lead an exceptional customer experience, train associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to hit ambitious sales targets.

You’ll engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function while supporting events and promotions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, cycling, Pilates, running) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and drive sales in-store.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed team targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure safety and security standards and manage stock.
