Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Beavercreek, OH location. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and support both Sales and Operations, guiding the team to meet KPIs while engaging customers in the shopping journey.

Responsibilities include product knowledge sharing, training, and collaboration with the Store Manager to exceed performance goals. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is beneficial.
