Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our mission-driven team. You’ll lead the sales floor, partner with the Store Manager, and execute strategies that deliver an elevated customer experience while promoting sustainability.

With a minimum of 4 years in retail management, you’ll train staff, manage scheduling, monitor performance, and ensure inventory accuracy. This role offers a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000 plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a sales or retail organization or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes.
• Proactive sense of urgency and priority setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Lead on customer experience as a brand ambassador and educate on sustainability.
• Supervise the sales floor, build loyal client relationships, and coach the team.
• Manage client interactions and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Balance staffing and payroll to meet business needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train staff in processes.
• Contribute to loss prevention and store operations.
• Support merchandising and visual standards to enhance customer experience.
• Provide real-time feedback on product and sales performance.
