Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA is seeking a Part-time Sales Lead at HOKA Woodbury Outlets in Central Valley, NY. You will act as Manager on Duty, drive store KPIs, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll train on HOKA products, manage opening/closing, handle cash, and ensure brand standards in merchandising. The role emphasizes teamwork, community engagement, and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about our Brand and products.
• Stay current on products and technology and answer customer questions before they leave the store.
