Qualifications

Two years retail experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
Engage knowledgably with customers and ensure all questions are addressed accurately.
