Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional client experiences and coach a team of sales associates at our Lenox Square location in Atlanta. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step into a managerial role when required.

You will mentor staff, reinforce brand standards, and use store tools to maintain outstanding service and a seamless omnichannel experience. This role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can excel.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
