Job summary

LOFT in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer service, guide associates, and partner with the Store Manager on daily operations.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through every customer interaction.

This role requires flexible availability, a proactive mindset, and readiness to step into a managerial role when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Uphold brand visuals and high operational standards.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Ensure seamless use of technology for priorities and promotions.
• Be ready to transition into a management role.
