LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our Lenox Square location in Atlanta. In this role you will model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team to deliver personalized service across in-store and online channels.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager, onboard and develop associates, and step in as manager when needed. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected to support the busy retail cycle.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
