The role emphasizes brand representation, teamwork, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring retail sales experience (6 months preferred), leadership exposure, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems and technology.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences.
