Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead in Oceanside, NY to drive personalized customer experiences and support a highly engaged team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

The role requires focus on customer service, coaching and performance, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule. Regular/Part-time opportunities are available at Store 2285-Sands Shopping Center.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organizational skills to delegate and prioritize tasks.
• Initiative in decision making.
