Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving targets by monitoring progress.
Foster a consumer-centric environment and model selling behaviors.
Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
Support opening/closing procedures and cover breaks when needed.
Interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
