Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and sales results.
• Coach and supervise associates, providing feedback and guidance.
• Occasionally cover store shifts in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers to maintain a high level of service and brand integrity.
