Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and supervise associates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric environment and model selling behaviors for the team.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
• Interact with customers regularly and adhere to company policies and practices.
