Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to drive results through store teams and achieve sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication to influence at all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Capable of standing/walking for extended periods and light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and assist in achieving store sales targets.
• Coach and supervise associates; provide feedback and support to foster performance.
• Cover breaks or store opening in the absence of a manager when needed.
• Interact with customers, ensuring a high level of service and courtesy.
• Provide actionable feedback aligned with company policies and procedures.
