Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven retail leader to coach from the sales floor, drive revenue, and elevate the customer experience in our Buford, GA store. You will lead by example, engage clients, and mentor a team to exceed goals.

You will also oversee store operations, maintain a dynamic selling environment, manage stock, and monitor KPIs to inform improvements. This role offers part-time hours and a casual, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience
• Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the store alone
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and client engagement by leading from the sales floor
• Engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions
• Build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction
• Communicate value and drive conversions through product knowledge
• Inspire and motivate associates to high-performance selling
• Create an energetic, results-focused sales culture
• Coach team in real time and reinforce daily performance conversations
• Deliver UNTUCKit University training
• Open and close the store with accountability for results
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor
• Ensure stockroom organization supports selling efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and share insights from feedback and trends
