The role involves opening/closing duties, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, plus sharing product knowledge and driving goals through an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and offer scheduling assistance when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork.
