Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead in Goleta, CA to craft personalized shopping experiences that build brand loyalty and connect customers with our products. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, and clearly communicate the return policy while delivering top-notch service from entry to exit.

You will also manage cash, monitor inventory daily, stock merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards, and keep back-stock areas organized.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions accurately.
• Communicate our return policy clearly and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain clean back-stock and break areas.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance within the team.
