Deckers Brands’ UGG division seeks a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, greeting customers, knowing products, and communicating our sustainability commitments. You’ll lead a dynamic team and help achieve daily goals while upholding brand standards.

You will also operate the cash register, manage inventory, support merchandising, and promote a positive, professional store environment. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandized.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and promote the store image.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
