You will manage cash handling, inventory, visual merchandising, and daily store operations, promoting a positive team environment and representing the Deckers Brands mission in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Operates cash register; handles money accurately; processes transactions.
• Check inventory daily; ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas; promote a positive work environment.
