Job summary

Deckers Brands, owner of UGG, is seeking a Sales Lead in New Jersey to elevate the in-store customer experience. You will lead a dynamic team, greet customers, answer questions, and represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

You will ensure accurate cash handling, maintain product displays, and promote our return policy while upholding a positive, collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions accurately.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating our return policy.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and monitor inventory daily.
