Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Savannah, GA to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a customer‑centric hospitality culture. You’ll steer brand standards, coach staff, and ensure memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reflect our values.

You will support operations, schedule, and inventory while maintaining exceptional customer service. Flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and supporting team members.
• Provide product knowledge and utilize an omni-channel approach.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and help drive performance goals.
