Job summary

KnitWell Group, the operator behind Chico's in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a Sales Lead to collaborate with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

This role requires leadership on the sales floor, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide coaching to the team.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching feedback and help with scheduling when needed.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling and inventory management.
