Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric and inclusive store environment; model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Interact with consumers to provide a high level of customer service.
• Provide feedback to store associates and adhere to policies and procedures.
