Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally assume store responsibilities in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers to provide high level of service.
• Provide feedback to store associates and adhere to company policies.
