Job summary

WHBM in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model exceptional service, and partner with store leaders to uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming environment and guide the team to deliver personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality-driven culture.

You'll help open/close store operations, coach peers, manage scheduling, inventory, and Merchandize replenishment while staying current on promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
