Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 2248-Kittery Premium Outlets in Kittery, ME. This part-time role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching associates, and stepping in as store leader when needed.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a high‑engagement team, uphold brand standards, and use tools to drive a customer‑centric, profitable environment. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Step in as manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
