Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, seeks a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to build lasting guest relationships by delivering an unmatched shopping experience.

The role includes coaching team members, selling a broad range of apparel, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and quarterly bonuses; store hours up to 7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required)
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and learn about their needs and lifestyle to tailor service
• Serve as a product knowledge expert across a broad apparel range
• Provide on-going coaching and training to sales team on selling skills and procedures
