Job summary

Massage Envy Westminster is seeking a Sales & Customer Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and explain the benefits of massage, skincare, and stretch services. You will build relationships with members and guests, educate on the Wellness Program, and help drive retail and service bookings in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a franchise location, you’ll receive comprehensive product and service training, competitive compensation with commissions, paid time off for full-time

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
