Job summary

Massage Envy is hiring a Guest Sales Associate to help guests feel valued and understood while promoting Total Body Care services. This part-time role emphasizes friendly customer service, service promotions, and retail recommendations according to provider guidance.

You will greet clients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support clinic flow. The position includes training, performance incentives, and access to massage or skincare discounts each month, creating opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Good people skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy services and Wellness Program; book future services and promote retail.
• Assist with clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base via in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
