Job summary

Massage Envy Sugarloaf in Georgia is seeking friendly team members to join our wellness-focused team and deliver outstanding Total Body Care experiences to our clients.

As part of a growing franchise, you will greet clients, schedule services, educate on services, and promote the Wellness Program while building lasting guest relationships. Full-time roles include base pay with bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred and strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and retail products.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
