Job summary

Massage Envy in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a friendly team member with a passion for helping others. The role requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays and offers competitive hourly pay with benefits.

You will educate clients on Total Body Care, promote services, and assist with bookings and retail recommendations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail experience, and strong math/computer skills, plus excellent people skills to build relationships with guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be a critical thinker with strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach and texts.

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach and text
