Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, assist with product selections, and guide them to checkout with accuracy and efficiency.

You will maintain store appearance, help with inventory, and provide outstanding service during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic computer skills and a high school diploma are expected, with a passion for Boyne's products and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Escort customers to racks and counters, and/or suggest items.
• Advise customers by providing accurate information on products.
• Help customers make selections with confident recommendations.
• Process payments by totaling purchases and handling checks, cash, or cards.
• Notify customers of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Set up and display products and merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
