Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to issue season passes and lift tickets, and to assist guests with inquiries and sales at the point of sale.

You will help with lesson bookings, locker rentals, and provide information on rates, policies, activities, and dining options. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have achieved a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• You are interested in a customer service-based position and are friendly and outgoing.
• You are flexible and able to multi-task.
• You are willing to perform other tasks assigned.
• You are able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members.
• Providing accurate lift ticket pricing options to guests.
• Processing credit card, and voucher-based transactions through the point-of-sale computer system.
• Handling general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies.
• Providing general information on resort amenities and answering resort-related questions.
• Suggesting resort activities and restaurants.
• Addressing guest inquiries in person.
• Helping book snowsports lessons and checking availability.
• Processing seasonal locker rental payments.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Education
