Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-300 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers.
• Set weekly and monthly sales goals and stage products.
• Update goal board daily.
• Execute sales & flow including telephone and showroom sales.
• Implement YES Program of Customer Service.
• Generate new business through apartment communities/business accounts.
• Create and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Ensure showroom floor is merchandised per guidelines.
• Keep merchandise accurately priced and organized.
• Maintain the store’s certification zone and warehouse.
• Handle service issues promptly and resolve opportunities.
