Factory Expo Home Centers in Cleveland, TN seeks a General Manager to lead the retail sales center, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee Housing Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Admin staff, ensuring processes from lead management to delivery are followed and customer experiences are exceptional.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to coaching, with Saturdays required and in-person duties at the Cleveland

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales, large-ticket sales, or sales management experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Manufactured housing, home sales, or related industry experience preferred but not required.
• Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop Housing Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Administrative Assistants.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
• Drive sales performance and location profitability.
• Ensure exemplary customer experience from lead management to home delivery.
