Job summary

Factory Expo Home Centers is seeking motivated Housing Consultants to guide customers through the home-buying journey—from inquiry and tours to the sale and home selection. This in-person, full-time role is based in Brooksville, FL with a retail schedule including Saturdays.

You will educate customers on floorplans, features, and pricing, build relationships, and manage leads in CRM to deliver a professional buying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail sales or large-ticket sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
• Sales license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads and walk-in traffic.
• Educate customers on home options, features, and pricing.
• Conduct model home tours, factory tours, and virtual presentations.
• Guide customers from inquiry to contract execution.
• Maintain CRM notes and follow up with prospects.
