Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the sales floor stocked and presentable while delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure cleanliness of the floor and restrooms and assist customers with questions and price research.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, and adherence to safety and retail policies. High school diploma preferred; 1 year of retail/merchandising experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures sales floor is well stocked and organized.
• Provides excellent customer service and responds to inquiries.
• Maintains cleanliness of sales floor and restrooms.
• Researches pricing and adheres to Goodwill pricing standards (good, better, best).
• Follows all retail center policies and safety procedures.
