Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the sales floor stocked and presentable while assisting customers. You will help ensure a clean, organized environment and provide excellent service on the floor and at the register.

Two schedules are available: weekday mornings 7 am–1 pm and evenings/weekends. Prior retail merchandising and strong communication skills are a plus. This role may involve some cross-training and back-up support in other areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales floor is clean, organized and well stocked.
• Assist customers and answer product questions.
• Merchandise the sales floor to standard with color, size, and category.
• Provide pricing accuracy and value assessment for items.
• Work with manager to communicate floor needs and back-up other areas.
