Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the sales floor stocked and presentable while delivering excellent customer service. You will engage customers, maintain cleanliness, and support floor merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Part-time hours and Daily Pay options are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess quality and value of product and pricing; research value as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff and peers.
• Varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays; occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Keep sales floor well stocked and presentable with organized product.
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and restrooms.
• Ensure shelves are properly merchandised and refreshed as needed.
• Assist production by communicating floor needs to the on-duty manager.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
