Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and assist customers with excellent service. The role emphasizes cleanliness, pricing, and merchandizing to enhance the shopping experience.

The position requires availability for evenings and weekends and offers pay at $15.95 per hour. This is a part-time role with opportunities to support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor; ensure products are well stocked and presented.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions.
• Follow store policies and safety procedures; communicate customer needs to management.
• Rotate and refresh product selections to keep displays current.
• Assist with back-of-house tasks and support other departments as needed.
