Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items for the sales floor. You will price, tag, and prepare merchandise, ensuring quality and presentation.

The role includes occasional customer interaction and fast-paced merchandising responsibilities. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in various areas such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, or books.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items to determine what goes to the sales floor.
• Price, tag, and prepare items for sale on the floor.
• Inspect items and quick test those that plug in or run on batteries.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Keep the sales area well stocked, organized, and clean.
• Assist with e-commerce product processing as needed.
