Job summary

The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor at Goodwill of Colorado ensures the sales floor is well stocked and presented. You will be in contact with customers, respond quickly, and provide outstanding service while maintaining cleanliness of the floor and restrooms.

Responsibilities include merchandising, pricing, and assisting with product identification. A high school diploma is preferred; retail experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor well stocked and presented in an organized fashion.
• Interact with customers; provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and restrooms.
• Assist with pricing, merchandising and product placement.
• Support other departments as needed and follow store policies.
