Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor to keep the sales floor stocked and presentable, aiding customers with excellent service. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness and assisting with merchandising while supporting store operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and about one year of retail experience, with prior merchandising experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor with properly merchandised product.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the floor.
• Interact with customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold products to refresh selection.
• Ensure E-Commerce product identification and pulling from sales floor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Support pricing according to store standards and value.
